Su devocional diario - Bendecidos para bendecir a  Pushed Out Mar 31, 2022 Today’s Scripture Acts 8:1, 5, NKJV At that time a great persecution arose against the church...Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them. Today’s Word This persecution forced Philip out of Jerusalem. He was pushed out of his comfort zone. What's interesting is that previously God had poured out His Spirit upon the believers in Jerusalem. The same God who showed them that powerful sign could have stopped the persecution, but it was for a purpose--a plan to push them into their destiny. It was in Samaria that Philip saw the greatest days of his ministry. If he had stayed in Jerusalem, he would never have reached his full potential. God knows how to get you out of your comfort zone. He opened the door; He can close the door. That closed door is God pushing you. Maybe you've been pushed out of Jerusalem, so to speak, through a bad break, a disappointment, a betrayal. Don't

Today's Word | Joel Osteen Ministries

Today's Word | Joel Osteen Ministries : God Sees and Hears Mar 30, 2022 Today’s Scripture Mark 2:10–11, NKJV "But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins"--He said to the paralytic, "I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house." Today’s Word In the Scripture, four men carried a paralyzed man to see Jesus. When Jesus saw them, He said to the man, "Your sins have been forgiven." Some of the religious leaders were offended and began to murmur, "Who does He think He is? Only God can forgive sins." Challenged by His critics, Jesus said to them, "Which is easier to say, 'Your sins are forgiven,'or 'Arise, take up your bed and walk'" To prove to them that He was the Son of God, He turned to the paralyzed man and told him to rise up. The man stood up, perfectly well, and I'm sure the religious leaders nearly passed out. Jesus could have just forgiven the man's sins an

Passover: Your Divine Appointment - City of Destiny

Passover: Your Divine Appointment - City of Destiny : Passover: Your Divine Appointment The first of God’s three feast seasons Compartir Give Descargar “Three times a year all your males (and females) shall appear before the Lord your God in the place which He chooses: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread,(Passover) at the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost), and at the Feast of Tabernacles (Atonement); and THEY SHALL NOT APPEAR BEFORE THE LORD EMPTY-HANDED.” Why is this COMMANDED APPOINTMENT so important to us as Christians? Passover is a foundational pillar of our faith and a set time for celebration on God’s heavenly calendar for our release from the struggles and bondages of the past and the freedom that can only be found in Christ Jesus. PASSOVER IS A VITAL PART OF OUR FAITH STORY! In Exodus 12:13 God declared: “Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike

James 1:23,24 James discusses putting the Word into practice. He uses the illustration of a person looking into a mirror, observing his natural face. Observing in this analogy does not describe a hasty glance but a careful observation. In this illustration, the man gazes intently yet aimlessly. James indicates that the man immediately forgets what he looks like when he steps away from the mirror. It is a case of “out of sight, out of mind.” While this seems ludicrous, it is an example of the plight of a believer who has faith one minute and doubts the next. Faith requires action. When we choos

The Fullness of the Blessing | Bible in One  Wisdom Psalm 37:21-31 21  The wicked borrow and do not repay, |but the righteous give generously; 22  those the Lord blesses will inherit the land, |but those he curses will be destroyed. 23  The Lord makes firm the steps |of the one who delights in him; 24  though he may stumble, he will not fall, |for the Lord upholds him with his hand. 25  I was young and now I am old, |yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken |or their children begging bread. 26  They are always generous and lend freely; |their children will be a blessing. 27  Turn from evil and do good; |then you will dwell in the land forever. 28  For the Lord loves the just |and will not forsake his faithful ones. |Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; |the offspring of the wicked will perish. 29  The righteous will inherit the land |and dwell in it forever. 30  The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom, |and their tongues speak what is just. 31  The law of their God is in their

What God Has in Store for You | Bible in One Year : Wisdom Psalm 34:11-22 11 Come, my children, listen to me; ||I will teach you the fear of the Lord. 12 Whoever of you loves life ||and desires to see many good days, 13 keep your tongue from evil ||and your lips from telling lies. 14 Turn from evil and do good; ||seek peace and pursue it. 15 The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, ||and his ears are attentive to their cry; 16 but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, ||to blot out their name from the earth. 17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; ||he delivers them from all their troubles. 18 The Lord is close to the brokenhearted ||and saves those who are crushed in spirit. 19 The righteous person may have many troubles, ||but the Lord delivers him from them all; 20 he protects all his bones, ||not one of them will be broken. 21 Evil will slay the wicked; ||the foes of the righteous will be condemned. 22 The Lord will rescue his servants; ||no one who ta

Today's Word | Joel Osteen Ministries

Today's Word | Joel Osteen Ministries : Mind-Boggling Mar 16, 2022 Today’s Scripture 1 Corinthians 2:9, TLB That is what is meant by Scriptures which say that no mere man has ever seen, heard, or even imagined what wonderful things God has ready for those who love the Lord. Today’s Word God's dream for your life is so much bigger than your own. What He has in your future is going to boggle your mind. You can't imagine the places He's going to take you, the people you're going to meet, the levels you're going to reach. Today's Scripture says that if you think you've reached your limits, you better think again. God is about to take you into overflow, into abundance, into more than enough. Whatever level you're at, get ready, another level is coming. What you haven't seen or imagined is on the way. Circumstances may be against you, but the Most High God is for you. He's working behind the scenes. Things are happening that you can't see. Kee

Indeed they say to me, “Where is the word of the Lord? Let it come now! " Jeremiah 17:14,15 In Jeremiah 17, the prophet is receiving pressure from the rebellious people of Judah. They are continually asking him, “Where is the word of the LORD? (Jeremiah 17:15). The people were demanding a word from the Lord. They were saying, “God give me a word!” We cry out for that too. Oftentimes we want a word from the Lord—we want direction, comfort, strategy, or encouragement. But what if God said, “I want to make you a word.” God wants to make you a living word—an epistle! He wants to demonstrate His word through your life. Jeremiah knew where his help came from—it wasn’t a prophetic word. It was from the source of th
