Charles Stanley (May-11-2022) Daily Devotional: When We Feel Helpless : Charles Stanley (May-11-2022) Daily Devotional: When We Feel Helpless No matter how helpless we feel in a situation, God is sufficient. 2 Chronicles 20:1-4 - Now it came about after this that the sons of Moab and the sons of Ammon, together with some of the Meunites, came to make war against Jehosha.. Why? Because the curtain could no longer hold Him. In Him was the fullness of the Godhead—the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit. All of heaven dwelled in Jesus as He was on the earth. Today, know that just as the Holy Spirit dwelled in Jesus, now the Holy Spirit dwells in you! There doesn’t have to be a disconnect between you and God! Reflection How’s your connection with

Today's Word | Joel Osteen Ministries : Through, Over, or Around May 11, 2022 Today’s Scripture Psalm 18:29, AMPC For by You I can run through a troop, and by my God I can leap over a wall. Today’s Word People can't lock you out of your destiny. God is your doorkeeper--not your boss, not your banker, not your neighbor, not your critics, not your enemies. They may shut a door, but God can take you right through it. He can make things happen that don't make sense. He doesn't have to open it. He may not do it a traditional way. God can take you around what's blocking you. He can take you over someone who's trying to stop you. He can move someone out of the way who's holding you back. What God has destined for your life will override anyone or anything trying to stop you. You just keep honoring God, being your best, and He will get you to where you need to be. Trust His timing. Don't be impatient because a door hasn't opened yet. God knows what He's

When he had fled from Saul into the cave. 1  Have mercy on me, my God, have mercy on me, for in you I take refuge. I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed. 2  I cry out to God Most High, to God, who vindicates me. 3  He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me— God sends forth his love and his faithfulness. 4  I am in the midst of lions; I am forced to dwell among ravenous beasts— men whose teeth are spears and arrows, whose tongues are sharp swords. 5  Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth. 6  They spread a net for my feet — I was bowed down in distress. They dug a pit in my path— but they have fallen into it themselves. Commentary Pray for mercy Have you ever cried out to God for mercy? I certainly have

Day 124: Three Ways to Transform Your World (Proverbs 11:9-18, John 4:1-26, Judges 1:1-2:5)

Day 124: Three Ways to Transform Your World (Proverbs 11:9-18, John 4:1-26, Judges 1:1-2:5) : Proverbs 11:9-18 9 With their mouths the godless destroy their neighbours, but through knowledge the righteous escape. 10 When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices; when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy. 11 Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed. 12 Whoever derides their neighbour has no sense, but the one who has understanding holds their tongue. 13 A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy person keeps a secret. 14 For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers. 15 Whoever puts up security for a stranger will surely suffer, but whoever refuses to shake hands in pledge is safe. 16 A kind-hearted woman gains honour, but ruthless men gain only wealth. 17 Those who are kind benefit themselves, but the cruel bring ruin on themselves. 18 A wicked person earns deceptive wages,

Ayudar
