Tragedy, Disability, and the Glory of God through It All – The Passion Translation

I Hear His Whisper . . .
My Word withstands the tests.

This battle you’re in is trying to shake the foundations of your faith. I don’t want you to collapse under the assault. I’ve given you what you need to overcome. It’s time to pick up the sword of my Word and slice through the lies and the darkness. Wrap yourself in the light of my Word. Stand and declare the truth! You don’t have to scream it, you don’t have to repeat it like a magic charm, but you do need to soak in its truth and keep it in your mind and on your lips.

My Word is faithful and true. It has been tried in the fires of affliction and proven in times like this. So put it to the test yourself—the enemy will flee when you do! Yes, you are in a battle. But righteousness will win the battle. My Word has the power to redeem any situation. It shines into dark valleys and exposes lies. It illuminates areas in your life where you haven’t let my light shine before. It reveals areas of doubt. It purifies. Beloved, apply the truth of my Word. Put it to the test.
Psalm 12:6
The Passion Translation

Every word God speaks is sure and every promise pure. His truth is tested, found to be flawless, and ever faithful. It’s as pure as silver refined seven times in a crucible of clay.
