September 28: A Thousand Times Blessing

"May the Lord God of your fathers make you a thousand times more numerous than you are, and bless you as He has promised you!"
Deuteronomy 1:11
When God called Abraham, He promised him that he would bless him until his descendants were multiplied as the sand on the seashore or the stars in the skies.
Abraham was promised that he and his children would be blessed and whoever would try to stop them would be cursed.
Four hundred years later, as the Israelites were preparing to go into the Promised Land God visited them. He not only guaranteed His blessing to them but it would be a thousand times greater blessing than He had already promised (Gen. 12, Deut. 1:10).
When God blesses and guarantees His promises, He will multiply His blessing to you.
“God’s best is a thousand times better."
