Dear ruben dario,

As we celebrate Thanksgiving today, Wendy and I are thinking of you and thanking the Lord for your friendship and support, and for His goodness upon your life.

I believe our Lord Jesus loves it that we’re taking time to thank and celebrate Him for His goodness, even as we’re surrounded by challenging situations. In such times when we can’t move about as freely as we’d like, when we’re spending more time at home, I believe the Holy Spirit is inviting us to take stock of all the good He has done in our lives and to thank Him for His grace.

Why? Because thanksgiving and receiving go hand-in-hand.

Beloved, we’re praying that as you give thanks to the Lord in response to His love and fresh mercies today, you’ll see the Lord satisfying every longing and hunger in your soul with His goodness, just as the scripture says. And we’re thanking the Lord right now for His working behind the scenes in your situations and sending His healing, provision, and deliverance to every area of need!

May you sense our Lord Jesus so close to you this season and covering you and your loved ones with His peace and protection.
