July 14: A Cry for Help

“O Lord my God, I cried out to You, and You healed me."

Psalm 30:2

In the beginning, God spoke and out of the nothingness of space, there was suddenly life! God spoke into existence the sun, the moon, and the endless galaxies of stars. When it came to the creation of man, the Lord formed us with His own hands. Our loving God, who never changes, cared for us so much that He gave us His son. Through Christ’s immunized blood, we can be forgiven and made pure.

Don’t focus on the physical.

Instead, turn your attention to the Spirit of God within. In so doing, you can overcome Satan’s smokescreen of disease and selfish desire. All it takes is faith and an unwavering expectation in the fulfillment of God’s promises in His Word.

If the Lord and His Word never change, and He created life with a spoken thought, then He is still able to speak into existence whatever you need today.
