Charles Stanley (November-04-2023) Daily Devotional: Inseparable From Christ

Charles Stanley (November-04-2023) Daily Devotional: Inseparable From  Charles Stanley (November-04-2023) Daily Devotional: Inseparable From Christ. Nothing, not even the choices we ourselves make, can stop God from loving us. Romans 8:18-39 In times of pain and adversity, we might feel as if God has abandoned us. If He were here, we think, He would have done something by now. However, today’s passage says that nothing can separate us from Christ’s love: Not events.  There isn’t any circumstance—no matter how bad—that can remove us from divine love. In fact, we can “conquer through Him who love[s] us” (Rom. 8:35-37), and our hardships will only help to transform us into Christ’s image (v. 29). Not time.  Nothing we have gone through in the past, deal with today, or encounter in the future can take us away from Christ (vv. 37-38). He is with us always  (Matthew 28:20 - teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."). No

Your INCREASE in the Inner  What’s at Stake in Our Suffering By  Joni Eareckson Tada | Published On: November 3, 2023 | Categories:  Daily Devotional “See, I have refined you, though not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction. For my own sake, for my own sake, I do this. How can I let myself be defamed? I will not yield my glory to another.” Isaiah 48:10-11 In today’s Scripture, God says, “See, I have refined you…I have tested you in the furnace of affliction. For my own sake, for my own sake, I do this” (Emphasis mine). In ways beyond our comprehension, God has his own great name at stake in our  suffering . In fact, the cosmic stakes are very high. The way we respond to suffering isn’t just for our spiritual benefit; God’s own good name is on the line. When God tests us in the furnace of affliction, he has in mind to make himself look good through the way we respond and continue to trust him. Now, realizing this won’t make the pain go away, but it will help us to r

Tony Evans - Watch Message: Power of The Holy Spirit. Jesus says it's better for Him to leave us and give us The Gift and The Promise of The Holy Spirit. In John 16: 5-15 Jesus says “But now I am going to Him who sent Me; and none of you asks Me, ‘Where are You going?’ But because I have said these things to you, grief has filled your heart. But I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I am leaving; for if I do not leave, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you. And He, when He comes, will convict the world regarding sin, and righteousness, and judgment: regarding sin, because they do not
