This is true for all of us. If you are dealing with painful or demanding circumstances that have sapped you of your joy, taken away your laughter, and brought stress into your life, don’t try to go through it alone. Ask God to return His joy to your heart. He is willing and able to give you “the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise” (see Isaiah 61:3 AMP)

In every congregation or conversation with Jesus recorded in the Bible, three types of individuals emerge. The second type are those who are the convinced. They have seen God do some miraculous things. Through their own experience and observation, they are convinced that He is Who He claims to be and that He has true power to change their lives. Multitudes of people followed Jesus from city to city. The crush of the crowd was overwhelming at times as people came to witness how His teaching challenged the spiritual leaders. They brought their sick friends and family members in hopes that this miracle worker would touch them and relieve their illnesses.
